We work with modern web technologies across the full stack and take ownership of everything from development to cloud deployment.The RoleWe're looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer Intern to join our team onsite in Kathmandu. This is a hands-on internship — you won't be fetching coffee or sitting in on meetings all day. You'll be writing real code, working on live projects, and learning directly from the team.
If you have strong fundamentals, a genuine curiosity for how things work end-to-end, and the drive to improve quickly, we want to hear from you.What You'll Work OnAssisting in building and maintaining REST APIs and backend services. Developing frontend interfaces with React-based frameworks under senior guidance. Working with databases — writing queries, understanding schema design, running migrations. Supporting cloud deployments and learning how production infrastructure is managed. Integrating third-party APIs and services. Fixing bugs, writing tests, and improving existing codebases. Participating in architecture and code review discussions.
Tech Stack
Backend: Python / Django, Django REST Framework
Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
Infrastructure: Linux servers, Docker, Nginx, DigitalOcean
Other: Headless CMS (Strapi), Celery for task queues, various third-party API integrations
You don't need to know all of this — we expect you to be familiar with the basics and eager to learn the rest on the job.
Nice to Have
Exposure to Python or Django. Some experience with Linux or the command line. Familiarity with Docker or deployment concepts. Any experience with TypeScript or Next.js. Previous internship or contribution to a real-world project.

riebrn is an new official Odoo partner based in Kathmandu, Nepal, delivering ERP implementation, customization, and consulting services to businesses around the world. As we grow our client portfolio, we're looking for a skilled Full-Stack Odoo Developer to join our team and help us build world-class Odoo solutions at our office in Kathmandu.
The Role — What You'll Be Doing
Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and applications tailored to client business needs
Customize existing Odoo modules across Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, and more
Build and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party systems via REST APIs and XML-RPC
Develop responsive front-end interfaces using OWL (Odoo Web Library), JavaScript, and QWeb templates
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and client-facing technical discussions
Perform code reviews, write technical documentation, and maintain coding standards across the team
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and upgrade-related challenges
Support Odoo version upgrades and module migrations for existing clients
Technical Skills
- 1+ years of Odoo development (v17 and later preferred)
- Strong Python proficiency — ORM, server-side development
- JavaScript / OWL framework / QWeb templates
- XML, HTML, CSS for views and front-end work
- PostgreSQL — queries, optimization, data modeling
- Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu server environments
- Understanding of Odoo's MVC architecture
- Experience with Odoo.sh or self-hosted deployments
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Docker
Nice to Have
- Odoo certification (Functional or Technical)
- Knowledge of accounting or ERP business processes
- Prior experience at an Odoo partner company
